Paid Digital Products

Option A 30 Day Guarantee

Unless a checkout page states otherwise, you may request a refund for a paid digital product within 30 calendar days after purchase. Email from the address used at checkout with “Refund Request” in the subject line and include your name, order date, and product. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider and financial institution.

Option B All Sales Final

Because paid digital products provide immediate access to downloadable or streaming content, all sales are final unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise or applicable law requires a refund. If you experience an access or billing problem, contact so we can help.

Printed Books and Physical Products

Refund, replacement, cancellation, and shipping terms for a printed book or other physical product will be stated at the point of sale and may depend on the retailer or fulfillment provider. Purchases made through a third-party retailer are subject to that retailer’s policies.

Events and Live Experiences

Event registrations are governed by the cancellation, transfer, and refund terms displayed on the applicable event page or checkout. If those terms differ from this policy, the event-specific terms control.
